1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Henri ("the App"), provided by Supermind Pte. Limited ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Henri is an AI-powered learning assistant that provides personalized educational content through interactive chat. The App generates custom syllabi, quizzes, and learning materials based on user-selected topics.
3. User Accounts
You may use Henri as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Henri only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: (a) use the App to generate harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (c) use automated means to access the App beyond normal usage; (d) interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Henri offers subscription plans managed through Apple's App Store. All payments are processed by Apple. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by Apple's terms. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
6. AI-Generated Content
Henri uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. The content is for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. Henri does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or certification guidance. We do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of AI-generated content.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Supermind Pte. Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you input into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide the service.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Henri, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supermind Pte. Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of Henri after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Henri at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us at hi@hihenri.ai.
