This Privacy Policy describes how Supermind Pte. Limited ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Henri ("the App") or our website ("the Site"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as account details (email, name) and learning preferences. We also collect: (a) user content — learning topics, conversation inputs, quiz answers, and uploaded materials; (b) usage data — learning progress, session activity, feature interactions, and subscription status; (c) identifiers — user ID and, where applicable, device identifiers; (d) device information — device type, operating system, and app version; (e) purchase information — subscription and purchase status (payments are processed by Apple). Diagnostic data such as crash logs may also be collected for service improvement.
3. Cookies and Website Analytics
Our website uses Mixpanel, a third-party analytics service, to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, buttons clicked, browser and device type, approximate location based on IP address, and the marketing source that brought you here. With your consent, a randomly generated identifier is stored in your browser's local storage to recognize repeat visits; nothing is stored and no analytics run unless you accept the banner. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the page footer. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising. Analytics data is processed in the United States by Mixpanel (mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy).
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (a) provide and personalize the learning experience; (b) generate custom syllabi and adaptive content; (c) track your learning progress; (d) improve our AI models and service quality; (e) communicate with you about your account and service updates; (f) ensure the security and integrity of our service.
5. AI Processing
Henri uses third-party AI services to generate educational content. We do not intentionally send account identifiers such as your email address to AI providers, but your prompts, learning topics, quiz answers, uploaded materials, and conversation context may be processed by AI providers to provide the service.
6. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: (a) Apple — for payment processing, subscriptions, and in-app purchases, and to evaluate refund requests using account activity data you have consented to share; (b) AI service providers — for generating courses, explanations, images, and quizzes (without account identifiers); (c) hosting and storage providers — for data hosting and storage; (d) analytics and diagnostics providers — for service improvement, if enabled; (e) law enforcement — when required by law. All third-party providers are bound by data protection agreements.
8. Your Rights

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Backup copies may persist for a reasonable period before being purged. 10. Children's Privacy
Henri is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of Henri after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
